- Moncole Magazine writes about our work with the Five Senses Branch Experience. Business Week also covered the same topic.
- Mark Hurst’s Good Experience covers my writing on good meeting experiences!
- Fast Company, one of my favorite magazines, ran a story on what we are doing with Customer Experience at Credit Suisse. And, gosh, the use of that article in a Japanese english language class!
- Darwin Magazine published two articles I wrote. The first covers how to apply usability principles on channels other than the web. This article has since been featured at numerous websites, highlighted by the Usability Professionals Association, and translated into several languages. I also wrote a follow-up article to that one, entitled Usable Business (covering what people have to do to their business to make it more usable), which you can read here.
- Entrepreneur Magazine ran an article on me. The article – inspired by my Darwin article (above) – discusses some concepts I formed on creating businesses that are easier for people to use
- Human Factors International features me as the Usability Professional of the Month.
- Ok, I didnt write an article, but I was featured in one in the International Herald Tribune. They were researching an article on recycling in Zurich and found my story on garbage in Switzerland. So. They called.

I attended ECMW 2008 in London and I saw your presentation titled “Experience Immersion – Creating Customer Empathy For Lasting Change”. My comapny is mobile operator in Croatia (part of Mobilkom Austria Group) currently undergoing changes in Customer orientation and Service strategy. We have number of partners coming from financial segment acting as sales channels for vauchers and we have end of year lunch (before Xmas) as small half day event; I thought that it would be nice if we can bring someone of your profile as guest speaker for this event (combinig both financial sector and customer expirience themes). Please consider and get back to me on this idea. If needed, we can even organize cycling tour on the mountain Medvednica (20 min by car from downtown; “slightly” more by bike; 1.037m top) in order to attract you.
